As well as comprehensive one to one training, we also provide a range exercise classes for the older adult who would like to exercise but can't get to the gym. We take the exercise class to the clients. We provide the exercise equipment and the class and you provide the people and the premises.

Will is fully qualified in Phase IV Cardiac Rehab and G.P. Referral, as well as holding the Later Life qualification in Exercise for the elderly and frail and Premier Global's Exercise for special populations.

We will provide all enquiries with one FREE taster session so your members can experience the class and decide if they would like it on a regular basis.

Chair-based Exercise Classes

This low level, safe and practical class is an excellent way of introducing the body to exercise.

Nifty Fifties Exercise Classes

This is a low-impact class designed specifically for the more mature exerciser.

It is designed to promote cardiovascular fitness (heart and lungs) that will improve stamina for everyday activities, strength training that will help maintain strong joints and keep osteoporosis at bay, and stretching to aid mobility.

The sessions include exercises with hand weights, resistance bands, abdominal work, and stretching.
