Located off Station Road in the town centre, Northwich. Daves Gym fitness centre is just a short drive from Weaverham, Hartford, Little Leigh, Barton, Winsford, Mere, and Cuddington.

Daves Gym was established in 1973 and is a friendly family run business with a vast array of facilities. Including: a large CV area, an extensive weights section which includes two free weights areas and both plate loaded and cable resistance machines on offer, plus an exercise studio. Daves Gym also has its own "Sun centre" which also offers sunbed hire and an onsite beautician.

Parking is free, and there are also mens and ladies changing rooms, showers and lockers.
